We currently have an exciting opportunity for anAccount Coordinatorin our Career division, based in Dubuque, IA
Responsibilities:
* Assist and help support sales territories by the selling of specific titles, sales calls to suggest value added packages, rollover calls and follow-up sales calls.
* Send texts and follow-up as necessary.
* Send marketing pieces such as letter, e-mails, ad slicks, marketing kites etc. at the request of the reps or instructors.
* Problem solving as it relates to bookstore and/or instructor problems and issues.
* Serve as a resource for the needs of the sales representative.
This position comes with a complete benefit package. This position is 35 hours per week, year round.
* High School Diploma
* Sales Experience preferred
* Experience working on the telephone
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Internet)
* Administrative office experience
* Customer service experience
* Learning new products or procedures
