We are in search of a Requirements Analyst for the Technology department in our Nashville, Tennessee location.
Here's what you will get to do:
* Individually contribute to strategies providing ideas through active collaboration
* Review business requirements and other internal or external project documents
* Work with project team and stakeholders to discover and document Technology requirements for a software product
* Work with Technology developers/QA analysts providing detailed requirements that are complete and clear
* Review QA test plans and procedures to ensure requirements are adequately tested
Here is what YOU will need to be successful:
* Major contributor of creative, collaborative, and bold speculation of ideas and strategy
* MUST focus analysis on front end applications that interface with customers
* MUST have experience with projects developing web-based or customer facing software systems/platforms
* Define, document, deliver detailed requirements to developers/QA analysts!
* Exposure to large corporate environment working with remote teams and being flexible to change, producing immediate results
* Current knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) as a business or technical analyst
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with all functional groups
* Prefer experience with Agile development methodologies
